Fencers with rating A09

Nick learned to fence at Rain City Fencing Center in Bellevue, WA. His competitive results include 3rd/223 in Div2 (Atlanta Summer Nationals 2006), 10th/101 at Temple 2009, and 6/56 in North Atlantic U19MF Sectionals. He has an A09 rating and was one of the most competitive foilists in WA state.

Over the past two seasons, Nick has consistently earned the highest record on the team. During his first season in MACFA, he earned a 44-7 record (.862).  At the 2009 USACFCs, Nick was 2nd in Individual Men’s Foil, and on the gold medaling foil team.  In 2010, he achieved an outstanding 33-3 record in the MACFA regular season (.917).  At MACFA championships, he placed 1st in the individual tournament, and was a member of the gold medaling foil squad.   

Nick is responsible for the creation of this website, and its predecessor, which was in operation from December 2008 until November 2009. He is a co-captain of the team this year, and will serve as Vice President from 2010-2011.  Other notable achievements include winning the Bethe401 Halo Cup, which he earned by using only an uncharged Plasma Pistol and repeatedly pushing in the left thumbstick.
